For some it comes naturally and for others it takes time - but it does arrive - eventually - with hard work and commitment to the course, splits will be yours! And if you’ve already got splits - maintain them - or start to work over splits - we will always keep you challenged to work the best version of you.

A restful and rejuvenating session to keep your body a finely tuned, well oiled BOD! A soothing foam roller class to keep the muscles healthy. Roll away muscle tension and undo any knots. Learn to relax as you roll, and gain a deep tissue massage. Leave class feeling super relaxed, with a finely tuned body which now moves more freely.

This class will help you maintain a healthy functional back whilst also increasing flexibility back bending skills. Keep your spine as strong, flexible and healthy as possible. We have created a new strong and bendy class to carefully condition and to simply stretch the back.
Class begins with conditioning exercises to build strength in your back, hips, shoulders and wrists. The focus will then move to flexibility in the hamstrings, hips, lower and upper back and shoulders.
