Learn basic gymnastic skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and more. The session consists of a warm-up, flexibility and strength conditioning exercises, followed by a skills session. Using a variety of equipment such as the spring board, mini vault, octagon barrel, low floor beam, and floor mats.
Gymnastics will improve performance in all sports, as well as improving overall fitness and functional strength.
You are never too old!
An acro-balance class combines acrobatics with the art of balancing with and on other people. It is an ancient circus discipline where, two, or more people carry each other in different positions.
This class is full of partner lifts, holds and poses. Build your core strength, flexibility and confidence! You do not need to be a gymnast or circus artist to give it a go. You’ll learn amazing tricks, and will laugh a lot in the process!
