Trampoline Fit

Theres a new bounce in town!

A harness technique class in which you will be attached to the ceiling! Progress from a simple bounce, to creating long bouncy sequences! You will get a great workout without even realising it. You will be busy having fun! This class is guaranteed to burn loads of calories.

Bungee Dance

Master a choreographed routine to music. Connect movements and build long sequences which will have you bouncing for longer and getting you fitter! Experience weightlessness and get a full body strength and cardio workout.
